The Keto protein bar making process

Making your own Keto protein bar at home is something that even a beginner cook can do alone. The process only requires a food processor and some easy-to-find ingredients — no need to cook and very easy to make!

Ingredients: hazelnuts, almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen protein powder, sea salt to bring out the sweetness, almond butter to keep the bars intact, and sugar-free chocolate chips to satisfy chocolate cravings.

To make the protein bars, first, put the hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse until they turn into meal-like consistency. Then, add in all the dry ingredients and pulse for a few more times to incorporate all the ingredients together. Once incorporated, put in the almond butter and let the food processor mix all the ingredients together. The end product should have a firm cookie-dough like appearance.

Line a deep baking tray or a pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Spread the dough onto the parchment paper, and then top with crushed nuts and chocolate chips. Chill the tray or pan in the refrigerator, and then cut them into snack-sized bars. You now have your own Keto protein bars you can carry the next time you head out.

Keto protein bars are a good snack. Not only are they tasty, but they also provide you with the fats and protein you need to stay in ketosis.

There are so much more that you can find in different blogs and websites. Just make sure that you stick to the keto protocol. Happy Keto eating!
